Element Skin Therapy is a skin care studio located in Billings, Montana. Licensed Aesthetician Kialy Iverson founded Element Skin Therapy with the goal to inspire client’s confidence from the outside-in and create result-oriented “Skin Therapy” sessions for every skin type and concern. Using the latest and most innovative technologies and products, our Skin Therapy treatments blend the spa experience with knowledge and education based care, customized precisely to every client’s unique skin goals and wants. Along with our top-of-the-line facial services, we also offer professional and thorough facial waxing services using Berodin wax. The latest and greatest technology in polymer formulation makes Berodin wax the best in the industry. Significantly less painful than other waxes, Berodin is gentle on skin but strong for hair removal. Each waxing treatment comes complimentary with full pre-wax and post-wax care for your skin, meaning you will leave our studio with happier, healthier, and smoother skin. Cancellation Policy
Your time and appointments are very important to us! You can cancel/reschedule online up to 48 hours before your scheduled appointment using your original booking email. Please give a minimum of 24 hours notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment. When appointments are missed or cancelled late it restricts us from filling your appointment with another client. Late cancellations and no-shows will result in the fees below to compensate our Estheticians for their time.
LATE CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations made within 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the appointment total. Cancellations made within 1 hour of the appointment will be charged 100% of the appointment total. These charges will be made to the card on file.
NO-SHOW/NO CALL: If you don't show up to your scheduled appointment and have not called to let us know beforehand, 100% of the total appointment cost will be charged to the card on file.
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME: Clients arriving late will not receive time extensions and will be responsible for full service fees. Any client arriving 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be asked to reschedule. This will be considered a late cancellation and 100% of the total appointment cost will be charged to the card on file.
Booking an appointment with us means that you have read and understood these policies, and that you consent to the fees that will be incurred for any cancellations/no-shows. We appreciate your understanding that our Estheticians are very busy, and these policies protect their time and clients who are eagerly trying to get in.
